At Prodigy Baseball, we are committed to delivering your baseball gear with speed, reliability, and transparency. This shipping policy outlines our shipping processes, costs, and return procedures to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing and Fulfillment Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Pre-orders or custom items (e.g., personalized bats or jerseys) may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Options and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location, displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress via the carrier’s website or by contacting our support team at sales@prodigyga.com. If you don’t receive your tracking information within 3 business days, please reach out to us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international countries. Some products, such as oversized items (e.g., Package deal Drops or large equipment), may have shipping restrictions or additional fees, which will be noted on the product page. We do not ship to PO boxes for items exceeding standard parcel dimensions.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your baseball gear! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return:

Follow the provided instructions to package and ship the item back to us.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5-7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, contact us to confirm availability of the desired item. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded, including return shipping costs, upon verification.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at Sales@prodigyga.com. Provide your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, offering a replacement or refund as needed.
